At Karinabag, we want you to have a clear, fair, and straightforward return experience. Please review the following terms carefully before requesting a return.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Include the original packaging and all accessories
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, you must first contact us to request return authorization:

  1. Email service@karinabag.shop within the 30-day return period.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective items: Karinabag will cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions. Please contact us before returning the item and include clear photos of the issue.

No restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Exchanges

Exchange requests follow the same authorization process as returns and are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to display the refund in your account.
